There is something I notice is that it doesn’t click clear image It is bit of blur in image

I have been using Nothing 2a for a couple of months and I just noticed that I cannot switch cameras while recording a video. Looked into it online and found out that this is a thing in many phones. But, I do clearly remember that I could use this feature in the native camera app of my previous phone which I used for close to 5 years before switching to Nothing( which was a bit less than half the price of 2a). There are some third-party apps that could allow one to use this feature so it is not impossible so why not implement it in the native camera app?

And also, my phone 2a is extremely choppy while moving around the phone when using the 50MP camera mode, so I only use the 12MP mode, so I guess that should be fixed.

I do not have the 3.0 beta update so I don’t know if it is fixed. But, I would appreciate it if the mentioned issues are addressed.

Please reduce the sharpness and white light processing of the images taken and try to keep it lil raw and as natural as possible

The HDR overdoes the images always 8/10 pics turn out to be too much white

And also include 0.5x lens in snapchat it is a must

I hope I’m not the only one facing this issue. Does anyone else’s Phone 2a camera is faulty and cannot focus anywhere else but in a particular spot? It even gets worse when zoomed in. The 0.6x is working fine but this problem is with the main camera. I hope it’s a software issue and gets fixed in the 3.0 update 😭.

Please reply if anyone is having this same issue.

RagulSenthil I am facing the same exact issue, i went to nothing service center and they said ultra wide is for capturing field of view not for close range shots

RagulSenthil personally not me but it’s definitely a software issue

In nothing phone 2a camera improvements are required. After taking pictures it shows less colours. Pictures are more white then the real view and show less colours. Please improve pictures in post image processing.

I have noticed that the ultra wide video is much more stable and less video bending compared to the primary wide camera video.

ChetanKansal absolutely right, don’t know whether it is a bug or something else, Ultra wide camera has EIS only but it’s stabilization on 4k is better than primary camera (which one comes with OIS). Also if you record videos while walking there will be some gitter on your primary camera lens.Hope nothing team fix this issue soon.

I’m using nothing phone 2a now on a nothing os3.0 and after that the camera is not behaving normal. It processes image so much that image isn’t looking original or not good at all. And the most irritating part is that the portrait photos are the most inconsistent. If I click a portrait of a person in a normal distance and 2x zoom it blurs the object and keep the background as it is even focusing on object while clicking. Plz nothing make a camera good in nos3.0

I think nothing and their company should have put a feature of HDR in 4k video recording in Nothing Phone (2a). If possible then please work on it I’m saying as a genuine consumer of nothing phone 2a. Because other phones bring the same feature in their segment as nothing do not. And one more thing which I would recommend to add on this feature that it should be have a “ratio switching option in the 50MP mode” which will be a great.
