“Loubear”#p6142
I hadn’t seen this post before and I confess to you my friend Loubear that I regret not having had the idea before you, because I love discovering specialities from other countries.
I travelled a lot for my first job in Europe, West and Central Africa, Central America and the Caribbean. And as you know, in France we have a lot of gastronomic specialities and we have one of the best cuisines in the world, without boasting.
I’ve tasted a lot of dishes in all the countries I’ve been to, and I still do. I like to try new and real flavours. I love Indian food in particular, and I’m lucky because in my establishment we have an Indian assistant who is doing a training course and we’re going to do an Indian meal soon. I’m looking forward to it.
For this summer, I’m going to Portugal for my vacations, and I’m going to taste Portuguese specialities.
But before, just a small selection of foods.
A sheep’s tomme from the Hautes-Pyrénées (direct from the mountain sheepfold) and a dry sausage from Bayonne.

And on the other pic, toasts with foie gras and Moet & Chandon champagne 🥂
