Ooo, this is a thread I missed back in the day! I’ll certainly join in and share some of my passion! I’m a UK based member with a love for trying foods from around the world. I pair that with testing my own cooking skills and try to develop my abilities further!
I do try and post frequently in the Discord Food & Drink channel with all of the meals I cook and any stand outs I’ve had! For those who haven’t seen though, I’ll post a few below!

I also follow a lot of cooking YouTube channels (feel free to recommend!) Binging with Babish ignited this passion for me. Alex (French Guy Cooking), Sorted Food and more have all furthered the hobby for me! (I cooked the above using the Sidekick app from Sorted Food)
Pair this with the hobby of coffee and my kitchen has become a place I spend a lot of time and actually find very therapeutic.
