Just another coffee snob and and it is one of the best ways to learn everything that makes a great coffee, when it is passed on with passion.
We’ll end up creating a special coffee team. I really enjoy Hawaiian coffee and as you point out, the Arabica Kona bean, for its sweetness and floral aromas. Unfortunately, I no longer have an espresso machine that grinds the beans and then makes your espresso, as a French press.
I’m on Nespresso capsules, but I only use the original flavours and special series, including the Kona.
I drink my coffee black without sugar or anything else. Never milk!
I was able to bring back almost 5kgs of Rwandan coffee on a work trip. It’s delicious and rare, as there is hardly any export, it remains local. If someone has the opportunity to taste it, I would be curious to know his opinion
