Louis ☕️
I’ve drunk it in many different latitudes, in different flavours, freeze-dried coffee, ground coffee, very strong, very short, extra-light, hyper-long…
I don’t have the space in my kitchen for an espresso machine, so I found an intermediate solution with a Nespresso, which allows me to have different coffees for different times of my morning, because I drink my coffees mainly in the morning.
No sugar and no milk. A really black coffee.
The first one when I wake up is a sweet and long Arabica with malted and roasted notes of mixed origin: Colombia, Costa Rica, India
The second and third are espressos: either one with roasted notes from Latin America or one with cereal/fruit notes from the Congo.
The last one is a Ristretto: Italian, with intense roasted notes, from Latin America and Uganda or woody/spicy notes, from Latin America.
Occasionally a decaffeinated espresso after lunch.
I have one Nespresso at home and one at my office. And when I go on holiday (with my family and by car), I take my Nespresso with me.
