Keerth1n hrry I have been having a lot of issues too, and have had bad experience with the service center, and want to escalate matters, but I haven’t received an response from the WhatsApp Number given below, nor from the email…..
RamkiSelvaraju Not only for 3a these guys are always doing this even for the old phone users. Even if the issue from developer end or software bug they are asking us to go to the service centre. I don’t know why and most of the email has been generated by system itself. I don’t have any personal touch with nothing services. In terms of service Samsung far better than any other brands.
Vaibhav-j It’s true they always tell to visit service centre but there are no brand authorised service centres in India only in two cities. Others brands are way better in terms of after sale services

Keerth1n Vaibhav-j I have visited the Service Centre 3 times for the same issue, because of which I am extremely tired, and the Service Centre is 15 Kms away for me, which takes a lot of time in banglore, as a student preparing for some important exams, it’s difficult for me to waste time like this, and I am still awaiting a reply on their WhatsApp number shown on https://in.nothing.tech/pages/support-centre and their email replies are just purely scripted like a user said above and I haven’t received an response for over an day now… (I don’t know if there’s a holiday or something)
