It would be great if there are some practical updates to the phone to improve UX, rather than something too fancy.
I would love a replaceable back panel and bezel, so the phone can be used without a case to show off its industrial design. Even better if this leads to a field-replaceable battery.
Shrink the camera sensors and downgrade to 16MP sensors with larger individual pixel sites for better low-light capabilities. Nobody needs 50MP photos of their cat.
Using a similar technology as the fingerprint sensor that’s behind the display, build a touch-sensitive pixel display covering the entire area of the charging coil. The coil is ugly and really doesn’t need to take up prime real estate smack in the middle of the phone.
