I wish Nothing to stay closer to the original android open ecosystem more than leaning towards an Apple closed approach.

I love the design idea nothing pursues, still keeping the base android as clean as possible. And I think that’s where the community should take responsibility and build around, and I love this idea.

I wouldn’t like an another Samsung/Xiaomi android brand with it’s closed ecosystem on an open platform.

Hey Nothing Team & Community Folks! 👋

Right now, the Nothing Launcher offers two types of app drawer layouts:

Default – A simple list of all apps.
Smart (Beta) – Automatically categorizes apps into predefined sections.

The Smart Drawer is great, but I think we also need an option to create custom folders inside the app drawer.

This would let users organize apps their way, instead of relying only on predefined categories.
Similar to how Motorola Launcher allows custom folders, this would help keep the app drawer clean and efficient.
It would make accessing frequently used apps faster without cluttering the home screen.

Would love to hear what you all think! Hope the Nothing Team considers adding this. 🚀

I propose a lock screen widget that displays the time elapsed since the user last unlocked their phone.
This feature helps users become more conscious of their screen time, especially those who frequently check their device without a specific purpose.
To encourage mindful usage, users will earn points for staying off their phones for designated time intervals or when they are on DND mode.
These points can be accumulated and redeemed for goodies, providing a sense of achievement and satisfaction.
This system not only promotes healthier digital habits but also gamifies the process, making it more engaging and rewarding.

In the next update please considering add Daily internet data reset feature instead of one particular date of month. so we can calculate how much data left for current day and use accordinly.

I have the “cmf buds 1” and the “ear a” and I noticed while messing around with widgets that you could only show one device at a time, but for other widgets you can scroll through different information like weather and temperature. I believe it would be cool to have a secondary page if you have multiple wireless devices connected to your phone/saved, or maybe it could dynamically change based on which bluetooth device you currently have connected.
