Please I request to take this as a feedback and work on it.
Sometimes I feel did the company forget that they have made 2a plus
I know there is no official promise of the frequency of updates that might get but still 2a plus is an upper version compare to 2a and phone 2 ,still it not get timely update and less frequent updates I know there is a different processor but still it gives as a general feedback it cause dissatisfaction as older model are getting this more updates & fixes
Phone 2 and 2a got updates few days back even though they are not 3.1 or 3.2 but still 2a plus Didnt get any till now, you need to plan how are you going to rollout updates.
I don’t know may be it’s because 2a plus have less sales compare to 2a due multiple reasons let’s not go there.
It’s also not about the frequency it’s about quality update & fixes:
No official statment of fix regarding green tint issue across many nothing phones users (all model phone1,2a & 2a+)many have faced this issue.still no solution or fix provided.
why i think it’s hardware software optimisation problem and it maybe fixed via software update is ,some time no video related app shows perfect black screen
But green tint or display quality issue comes in lock screen opening app through fingerprint, watching multimedia.
Not getting camera updates ,no camera improvement or optimization update,photo output is towards softer and noiseer side it’s not crisp or lack details even though having good camera censor
And nothing gallery in every update they mention nothing gallery but there is no change in that at all. maybe minor bug fixes but it can be done through app update through playstore
There is a display glitch while taping search bar in app drawer
Software experience is good but
Frequency of updates, quality updates , display issue hampers overall experience of having 2a plus
I hope you don’t take it as a spam or a vague complaint and take it as a genuine feedback
As nothing is new brand offering customer centric product which has potential,so it also need to listen to current user so they can also be future customer
And remember you launched 2a plus also not just 2a even though both are the same more or less.
I know your focusing more on new product line up and upcoming product but please also focus on older model making it better.
