Only private space in the new addition on this update. Nothing gallery is already present (how can they add it as if something new in change log ).

Others all are minor improvements that we can only see if the update goes smooth.

We cannot hide apps I guess from now on…

(Technically we can hide, but that app is going to be isolated)

We have to create Private space for accessing those apps to access apps in an isolated environment, which means the app cannot access microG services as it’s private

App Opening Animation is good, but we now have delay when go to Home Screen via back gesture and reopening that app,

BassimBinYoosaf New cam will release for phone2 but nobody can tell exactly release time. Do we have to wait a year for cam preset? Phone2 already received two 3.0 updates, still have no idea about when 3.1 will be released. CMF 2 pro is already updated to os 3.2, but old devices are still at 3.0. Launch too many SKU at the same year is irrational for a ‘small’ company. They should assign more developer to maintain old devices to make sure old users dont need to wait too long to get new features

Spark exactly same issue I’m facing, now micro g and microsoft apps I can’t hide.

If I put in privacy under it’s asking me to download for normal one.

Spark More simply, if you have an app that acts as an adblocker for the browser, you cannot hide it because the browser no longer detects it. The private space is simply a separate Android profile but launched as the novelty of the year

Pranshu comparatively to other phones like one plus 2, 3 and even recent HMD, even samsung forget about others but even the competitors initially faced much more worse bugs. I am not expecting any excuses but comparatively NOTHING is way much better. Look at the Apple Indian government is cautioning People from using IOS and apps on iOS devices. Now tell me these small bugs or issues can be neglected or ignored but overall it’s actually a master class product. I am not hyping but the fact or reality is what we are seeing NOTHING has actually got EVERYTHING which apple Samsung, one plus are lacking.

I believe a little more competition might arise with motorola, sony, HMD and Asus in coming days.

Pranshu not just flagship apart from few things it’s more than just even premium. I agree there’s heating, network loss, and battery draining which is ignorable or not lot more in to other competitors including apple samsung and oneplus after 15 plus years of their existence we still face such issues. Why degrade ? Just understand NOTHING which is not even as tenured like other competitors but the owner SIR Carl communicates and interacts taking feedback with all the positives ways which other owner did this ? Not even Steve Jobs took any feedback back while on a decade journey with apple. Raise our concerns in a way they feel the need or urgency unlike bombarding.

Not a single changelog about camera improvements after a year of users practically begging 💀.
Battery Drain, Processing Notification bug, etc., are not even addressed yet.
It’s not even funny anymore, Team Nothing.
Anyways, apart from these, seems like a decent update if major things weren’t messed up in this phone. 👍
