I learned a lot from this experience: never purchase a premium device from a new company. I bought the Phone (2) after watching several so-called tech YouTubers rave about it, but I’ve lost trust in the brand.
Many users, including myself, have reported several issues that still need to be addressed, yet the company isn’t listening. Instead, they claim to be focusing on the “essential space” for new devices. But what about the users of older devices? There’s no response from the CBO or the team.
In the end, it seems the company’s name truly reflects its character — Nothing.
