I wonder when android 16 will roll out on nothing phone 2a. Also I purchased a nothing because of their on time updates, but my phone recieved last update 2months ago. I’m expecting an update this month with resolving some issues that folks told here. Also they promised 3years of os update so I wonder if 2 android updates come in a year then how many we’re gonna get in a year. Always eagerly waiting for new updates and features on nothing os as it’s my personal favorite os in all androids. Looking forward for new ones with more features and issues resolved.

Official Android 16 release will happen in June, so I suggest giving Nothing at least 3-6 months after that ….

RahulPegwal for nothing phone it will come at the end of year like November or December that too for latest 3a and cmf series for older devices next year

RahulPegwal Android 16 stable will be released first on Google Pixel phones. Then we need to wait for the software to be adapted to Nothing devices and also for testing. Most people will be disappointed because there are basically no new features. It’s just some minor changes and aesthetic improvements.

RamkiSelvaraju nobody knows. I’d keep your eyes on the Nothing Community to see, I’m sure if there any public beta’s the team would announce it but, as I say, no one knows aside from the software team at Nothing.

Is the beta testing started for Android 16 for Nothing OS ? I’m just curious will all the features of Android 16 will be available in Nothing OS. Android 16 colours are so poppy and just grabs attentions and make the phone to use it more… Which is in stark contrast to Nothing OS …. Waiting for its launch…

Anita Devi Since the UI is clean, the updates should be faster, and I asked about beta testing, I know what nothing OS is so I don’t require any other explanation regarding that, I just wanted to know whether beta testing is started or not that’s it .

Android 15 works perfectly fine, sure updates are great, but for me its not that important and they can take their time and focus more on quality releases.
