The Wifi Scanner is not working, The whatsapp link device scanner not working. And a lot more bug is present in the phone 2 pro. I don’t see anything pro. It’s cheap and full of bugs.

I even tried to reboot the device and reset it multiple times, there is no hope.

Called the customer service and they told me to visit to the service center. I just bought it yesterday and from the Day 1 it’s giving issues. No hope from this device.

Same issue here. Looks like there is some general problem with the update. Day 1, having problem. Not sure if we did right thing buying this phone. Called support team, they asked me to visit service center.
Main concern is there is no official update from the NOTHING, if they are looking into the issue or any other update. Also, there is no post in Youtube regarding this to make this viral.

I visited the service centre, spend 3-4 hours. They told they are going to release a new update.

balraj_thumma Yes. This is safe. Type in the dialer*#*#682#*#* and choose the file you download. Create folder ota in the root directory and move the file into this folder. Then type in the dialer. File is available on github
