It’s a strange situation. Old devices on version 3.0. Two-month devices on 3.1. A fresh device on 3.2. With a frequency of updates 2a / Plus receive 3.2 sometime in October - November.

Please give NOS 3.2 to the CMF1.

It’s the same (almost) processor and hardware, should be the easiest to adapt.

Nothing fanbois shoulda bought a CMF instead if they want the most recent updates.

RavishKumar Camera Presets will come to Nothing Phone(2) for sure, but I don’t think Essential Space will.

Yup I got the same issue. Picked up the phone Saturday and update fails every time. Have tried 2 different WiFi connections and mobile data.

MikkoA I just got mine last night and have the same issue. It always shows installation problem and doesn’t install the update. I’m wondering what to do. Have already resetted twice, restarted and power off and on but nothing helps.

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to install the latest software update (around 1.09 GB)(Nothing OS 3.2(Galaga-V3.2-250425-1517-IND)), but I keep getting the error message: “Couldn’t update – Installation problem”.

I’ve tried multiple times by tapping “Try again”, but the issue persists. My phone is on stable Wi-Fi, has 80% battery, and sufficient storage.

Things I’ve already tried:

Restarted the phone.
Cleared cache of the System Update app.
Ensured battery level is above 50%.
Switched between mobile data and Wi-Fi.

Would really appreciate any suggestions or solutions. Has anyone else faced this during the recent update?

The Wifi Scanner is not working, The whatsapp link device scanner not working. And a lot more bug is present in the phone 2 pro. I don’t see anything pro. It’s cheap and full of bugs.

I even tried to reboot the device and reset it multiple times, there is no hope.

Called the customer service and they told me to visit to the service center. I just bought it yesterday and from the Day 1 it’s giving issues. No hope from this device.

Same issue here. Looks like there is some general problem with the update. Day 1, having problem. Not sure if we did right thing buying this phone. Called support team, they asked me to visit service center.
Main concern is there is no official update from the NOTHING, if they are looking into the issue or any other update. Also, there is no post in Youtube regarding this to make this viral.
