PratikBiradar Hi. Yes, still experiencing the same problem. I exchanged with Nothing support about 20 emails, mostly they assured me that they are working on a diagnostics and after few weeks of waiting they responded that I should ask for a refund or replacement from the reseller. Which is absurd and totally pissed me off.
Our internet provider technician was more helpful - he confirmed that it is not a problem in our modem, but how Nothing devices interact with certain network protocols or apps. We also noticed that dropping out is more often when opening incognito tabs or bank apps - might be an issue in safety protocols?
Someone already mentioned it here, but it will not be solved until Nothing will make needed patches.
PS: the technician recommended possible solution - use router instead of modem. We didnt try yet.
