Joe King All those having issues I had the same problem here a work round to get it working. Plug your USB-C pen drive or adapter with memory card into the USB-C port of the phone. Now go to Settings and in the search field type in “OTG” and once the search comes up click on to it. No enable OTG the device should now be readable via the phone. Also OTG is found in Connection Preferences.
BhattRitesh_Lt1Q1WGHpe Plz provide link for usb driver. Not able to connect my phone 2 with pc.. Problem continues since 4 month. Waiting for update but my problem still stand. No solution. I tried all the things plz help
Remi F BhattRitesh_Lt1Q1WGHpe most of the time you don’t need any driver anymore (if your PC/laptop is new enough). Else you can just install the android driver that can be found with a quick google search…
Mr Steel BhattRitesh_Lt1Q1WGHpe I might be misunderstanding, but what are you looking for exactly? I didn’t have to install anything in order to use file transfer with a pc. Instead of mentioning you ‘tried all the things’, it would be useful to know what these things are.
Anonymous7 What kind of a driver are you looking for? Are you using a windows pc? What do you need to do? Transfer files? Debug?
BhattRitesh_Lt1Q1WGHpe Mr Steel I m not able to connect my phone 2 to pc,, I want to transfer photos, files, movies,, etc,, I bought 3 original data cable, from sites,, Still my pc not showing my phone 2.
Mr Steel Anonymous7 I think you’re totally right! BhattRitesh_Lt1Q1WGHpe please explain all the steps you take. Only plugging it in is not enough. Maybe even a recording would help. Option 2: Move files with a USB cable Windows computer Unlock your device. With a USB cable, connect your device to your computer. On your device, tap the “Charging this device via USB” notification. Under “Use USB for,” select File Transfer. A file transfer window will open on your computer. Use it to drag files. When you’re done, eject your device from Windows. Unplug the USB cable. Anonymous7 What you need to do then is just connect your phone to a pc with a cable, then if you’re not getting a prompt to choose the “file transfer”, go to settings, search for “usb preferences ” and select it there. If the options are unavailable, it’s likely you have a damaged cable.
BhattRitesh_Lt1Q1WGHpe Mr Steel I tried this step so many time,, Serched every possible option on internet, but still not able to connect phone to pc
