I bought a cmf phone 1 last year, the phone isn’t even 1yr old. Phone is great i won’t lie but why is it the the phone touch screen happened to not work at times. For example when switch off screen the phone won’t work at all when turn on again. The touch won’t work then starts working back again randomly, as long as i don’t turn off the screen the touch works flawlessly so it got to be a bug or whatever. I saw several people complaining about it and i don’t understand the purpose of having a community if they won’t even check people’s complaints. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

Coldpaw yes i did but it was no help. If indeed my phone was broken then several unit is. In this case why won’t nothing acknowledge the issue

@LeSanctuaireDesPapillons I’m having kinda same type issue here. My phone’s screen sometimes completely stops working when I wanted to touch and turn my screen on. Sometimes a specific area my phone’s screen isn’t working properly. I have touch harder it’s more like a push. The area is in the keyboard area, right between 2 letters. It’s “r” and “e”. Huh what a weird thing on earth!!
