Unfortunately, as stated if this is the password to actually unlock your phone and you’ve forgotten it then it’s Nothing to do with Nothing and not their responsibility nor do they store this information going back.
I’d try and remember back to when you set the password and think was it’s a date, a pin number, a special phrase etc.
These type of passwords are stored locally on on the device not on the cloud, so neither Nothing nor Google will know this. Also, modern Android phone are fully en, so you can’t pull the information either.
Thankfully if you linked the device to your Google account you should have a picture backup, passwords etc you shouldnt loose too much info.
You will have to reset the phone if you can’t remember the password. You need to follow this guide here and be aware you will loose everything that is not in the cloud. This way you will be able to set up your device again after the wipe.
