Vishwam I went and did some updates, rebooted the phone and for a few days now I havent seen the notification. I am on nothing OS 3.1 (at the moment of the errors too) and only did the playstore updates of the existing apps. If anything comes back I’ll notify you

2a: charging indicator not working. Also when trying to set glyphs to app notifications often error ‘data not stored’ appears. Seems like app is not working with 2a yet? Thanks for your hard work!

EDIT: I’m not sure how to use the app, but it seemed to stop all my notifications. i deleted it for now. i will install it again when it gets some updates! Thanks!

The open beta for the Glyph Interface app is live! Here’s how you can get started and make the most out of personalized Glyph notifications for your favorite apps.

How to Use the Glyph Interface App

1. Initial Setup & App Loading

When you launch the app, it will fetch all installed apps on your device. This may take a moment depending on your internet connection.

2. Selecting an App for Glyph Customization

Choose the app you want to set up Glyph notifications for (e.g., Discord, Instagram, etc).

To ensure accurate Glyph suggestions, trigger the type of notification you want to customize while remaining in the app. For example:

For Discord message notifications, receive a message from Discord.

For Instagram follow notifications, receive a follow notification.

3. Notification Detection & Prompt Guidance

When the relevant notification arrives, you’ll see a prompt message guiding you on what to select.

Refer to the provided screenshot below the toast for visual assistance.

4. Confirm & Apply Glyph Suggestions

After selecting the notification, you’ll be prompted with AI-powered Glyph suggestions tailored to that app and notification type.

Confirm your selection as shown in the prompt (screenshot provided).

5. Glyph Activation

Once set, your chosen Glyph will activate whenever you receive that specific type of notification from the selected app.

Phone (2): Glyph Torch (shake to turn on), Advanced Essential Notifications

Advanced Essential Notifications: Use any Glyph for essential notifications, offering more flexibility than the default system.

Recommended Settings

For the best experience, enable the ‘Sound only’ option in your device’s Glyph Interface notification settings
