etidorhpa , nothing launcher is working in the background.it’s a software issue they should admit that. Both service center and customer care are misbehaving to customers. They says can’t find any issue. A clere case of customer negligence

I also experience faster battery drain since the last update on my Phone 3a Pro…the first weeks I had the phone the battery would last almost 2 days of use, now at the end of the first day I need to charge it. Hope the issue can be fixed with an update.

Starting today, Instagram is rolling out an updated app that should fix a battery drain issue on Android devices. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Instagram app (build 382.0.0.49.84) to resolve this issue.

Banjer we are talking about np 3 pro has draining issue, not about a 3rd party application or android fixing. If the software has an issue company should resolve it.

Hi ALL

This is my SoT i charge it to 100% and get for one day atleast. Some Times i get 2days of battery and sometimes 1 day only.Depending upon the use age!!I generally don’t play games but uses camera a lot when needed rest i won’t use it much!!!
Can you guys please share your SoT as well so that i can know what is the SoT of your’s as well

That’s exactly what Google Pixel owners thought, battery drain after the may update, and it appears Instagram was the issue according to google

Banjer this phone is working with nothing os 3.1 not android. But pixel is not that kind, nos can be based on android, windows, linux or even ios. If my os is not working, or I have any physical battery draing issue, nothing is responsible for that not android. If anyone use a thirdy application to optimise an os what’s the reliability of the os

Don’t know, don’t have access to your phone, and i’m not an android engineer. I just gave a tip, might be useful for people that do use instagram (saw a few screenshots with that app listed in this thread) and have an issue with battery usage.

Battery drain is getting serious day by day. I bought my 3a just the day of launch at 12pm. I have also posted a issue regarding battery drain after getting the phone . Still it’s a shame that nothing who is known for their software are not concerned about their customers who trusted them and bought their phone at the launch days. Still waiting for an fix.
