Xperiance i’m charging it up to 90%, everytime, since i’ve got the phone. i noticed difference when i started using batt saving mode, and haven’t made any changes since.

Hello @changename.support please look into this battery draining issue. Only with normal task battery draining 2-5 percent in just 5 mins also my brightness is always low.

Hello everyone, I bought a pgone 3a on March 20th selling my 2a plus (which I was satisfied with). For a couple of days the phone has been heating up a lot and the battery is draining quickly. I charge it in the evening with its cable, I have tried all the battery saving options and also the options to maintain it in an optimal way. I do not use apps downloaded from other stores other than Google. I have now asked support and I am waiting for an answer. Has the same thing happened to anyone of you? Advice?

I am using the phone 3a since 2 days and the battery drain faster, I’m fully charged my phone and start using and first 4 to 5 persentage gone in around 5 minutes of usage and I’m only used the gallery app, I don’t know if this is just my device issue or a software problem, does anyone else have this problem? If so please describe it, and if this is a software issue nothing should fix it.

In my opinion there’s too much battery drainage whilst on regular use of the phone without even having any high consumption features rather than expected

Please 🙏🏼 fix that ASAP and I know Nothing can do this it’s not that such a great company can’t handle community’s problems

Wait for it…Phone (3a) battery is not optimized in current update. Same issues spotted in 70% of the users.

I’m also waiting for the next battery optimization update, and I bought a 45W charger; it’s really good.

Was the issue acknowledged? Ive tried all the suggested tips in this thread but its still the same. Hope they can do something about this. 1 charge a day for a 5000 mah is unacceptable.

ThutaAung_hyiRiAYQBc after a software update it takes atleast 1 week to time to completely optimise the device again as after updating the phone resets the old battery usage patterns and starts capturing new
