I’ve come on a trip, and I’m using my 3a Pro’s camera for clicking pics everywhere.
Even until an hour ago, the camera was working great. But now there seems to be a significant delay (2-3 seconds delay) between when I click a pic and when the pic actually gets captured.
Debugging:
- In my old phone, this used to happen when the storage was low. But in this phone I’ve used less than 70GB of the 256GB total.
- Video seems to be good. Able to take videos without any delay
- Doesn’t seem to be lens-specific. There’s the same amount of delay irrespective of the zoom: 1x, 2x or 3x
One thing I did not test is: maybe the phone itself got hot with how much I’ve used? But it’s unlikely since the temperature right now is -3°C where I am. So the phone is not hot outside, so maybe the chip is hot inside?
Another odd thing I noticed is… when it works normally, the processing is applied after 3-4 seconds, right? But now, the pic is captured 2-3 seconds later, and the processing is applied almost immediately (less than 1-2 seconds).
