The issue came back even after reset so I submitted the problem to Nothing support via the Tips and Feedback form in the phone. I suggest you do the same and they will respond and escalate the problem.

etidorhpa well, yesterday I saw your post and factory reset my phone, was kinda upset about it. It’s not fun resetting your brand new phone. The lut feature worked after that, but I’m still reporting this bug on your behalf

KingDeath Are you sure it will work after resetting phone , If it is available then I will reset it right now because I have to use this feature. I love photography. Please tell me if this problem did not come back after resetting

Just got a 3a a few days ago and was super excited about this LUT option, but I have quickly run into this problem as well. My LUTs and presets are all basically unusable as the post processing seems to just chose a completely different filter process. Very frustrating. I’ve submitted a ticket as well. I really really don’t want to do a factory reset, especially since it was mentioned earlier that this didn’t help anyway

idahoprime So how’s your LUTs working? If they are still working how did you go about resetting your phone did you do a complete reset and reinstalled back ups or did you do a clean install?
