In the past few days, my CMF phone1 has been having heating issues. What should I do?

Santhosh_2QYSO2ySbK Hey mate. We need more information here? What are you doing on it? Have you recently updated the device? When you say it’s getting hot, is it to hot to touch? Have you installed any new apps recently?

SpeedMirage oh you aren’t alone, I’m fairly sure it’s the inconsistencies in the 3.0 update that are causing the heating. For now I’d say we wait and see if it gets better after the next hotfix update

hrry it’s during multitasking for me, if I’m on a video call and I’m referring to something else then after maybe an hour

It starts getting hot, and if I plug it into a charger then it gets worse

so much so that it just sends a overheating notification and stops charging

Last night I was watching anime on my cmf phone 1, I downloaded about 22 video on 720p quality,and I don’t know if it’s because of the videos or not but my phone’s battery was draining fast and heating alot. I just want to know what happened to avoid this kind of problem.

Keerth1n yes bro everything was good before but after android 14 it’s completely messed up specially battery my phone is just 1 year and 5 months old and battery drain is completely random every time not at all optimised camera quality severely degraded after android 14 have to use gcam now
