I wanted to get a phone for under 40k or 473 USD and the best options i had was Realme GT 6 or Nothing Phone 2.
Phone 2 looked amazing and i heard good things about the UI so i decided to get it from flipkart on october of 2024
Not even a day later i noticed few dust particles behind my phone and turns out there was a small gap at the edge of the back glass.
I made a return on flipkart but they straight up said its an “Open Box Delivery” (a BS tactic used by flipkart to avoid full responsability, if there’s anything wrong with the phone. Basically the delivery person will unbox the package infront of you and check for missing items or scratches but if you find any issues with the phone after you take the item then they won’t give replacement or return even if the phone is refurbished)
I take my phone to nothing service centre and they took my phone and after 4 days i got a replacement but the replacement products manufacturing date was 2023( the phone i got first was 2024) i ignored it.
When i unboxed the phone i see a bigger gap at the back of the phone and not even 2 hours later dust was getting inside the phone. I went to the service centre again and i got another replacement after a week and guess what? its getting dust inside the camera of the phone which is visible when i take photos in night mode and i’m also getting an issue where apps just close own its own
I’m genuinely so done with this company for selling me a bad product 3 times in a row and i can’t even get a refund now because its not available in India
TLDR
got phone 2 and not even a day later i saw dust behind the back glass because of a small gap got 2 replacements and both of them have the same issue. Its been nearly 4 months since i got the phone and still no help from the company. thanks for nothing ig.
