Hey,
To solve this, go to Settings -> Notifications and disable “Enhanced Notifications”
This is a new feature on Android 15 that is causing the “Sensitive notification content hidden.” message.

RapidZapper Hi, It solves sensitive info message but it doesn’t solves main issue. The first message shown is the quantity of messages not the message itself

CondeMg A mi me pasa lo mismo y después de unos días hablando con soporte, me dicen que “es culpa de whatsapp”… Y eso es mentira, ya que les he demostrado en varias ocasiones que con mi otra pulsera básica de 20€ (xiaomi mi band 8 active), los mensaje de whatsapp me llegan bien y leíbles. Sin aparecer “5 mensajes y 2 chats”.
La respuesta me pareció lamentable, no seguí con el tema y en los próximos días devuelva el reloj… Una pena porque me encanta pero no es un producto final para vender, aún le queda mucho trabajo.

A ver si alguien de soporte nos ayuda a resolver esto. Suerte! 😉

Recently after the update of Nothing OS 3.0 with Android 15, the WhatsApp notification from my nothing phone 2 to my cmf watch pro 2 keeps showing as sensitive notification content hidden and I am unable to solve it. Can someone help to resolve this issue ?😓

krishanugoswami hello my friend ,you can tray this way , I faced the same problem and another friend from community answered me by this way.

Settings > Notifications > Turn Off Enhanced Notifications

Torra Thanks Torra! I don’t doubt its a WhatsApp issue, they can change the way notifications are shown, but CMF’s software must adapt.

It’s a shame as you said, hope they fix It soon, because its very annoying and It ruins the overall experience of the watch (which is great in general)

Downgrading the app to 3.2 fixes it for me

Nuclear This one worked to me, thanks a lot! Just needed to downgrade the app to the 3.2.11 version and now I can read the notifications correctly.

I’m using a Google Pixel 7 Pro and the CMF Watch Pro 2.

I just bought the CMF Watch Pro 2 two to three weeks ago. However, I have tested the watch but unfortunately it doesn’t receive notifications from WhatsApp or WeChat when there’s incoming message.

I had already checked my smartphone settings all the apps and also the watch, all apps notifications I had already allowed, battery saver is already set to no restrictions, always allow cmf app background keep on running and even restart/reset the phone/watch. The results being recommended is not working.

Anyone knows what’s the solution to this?
