It is when , Passion turns into disappointment to choose such a new brand over other brands with better support.
I don’t understand , how is it important to ruin the existing user experience to improve in every updates u bring in.

Putting in those sensors that comes only by name but no practical usage. If an user need to manage outdoor or indoor lights to click a simple picture the way one sees on the screen even after balancing the light intake white balance etc , the phone has a superpower to illuminate everything as the AI pushes in & renders a whole artificial image which one would hate to see , no clarity , no softness , no smoothness…
Nothing yet at a base level working with just wide angle & main camera lenses just 2 different focal length should look after these details , where else , in this config , other brand’s phones have a better capturing capability rather with more capacity of zooming in & not having a noisy picture , but nothing is ready to offer you a noisy , AI generated Picture..without fail..
Pathetic , Disgraceful… even after so much of nagging with the same points , this support team is busy poking their nose on the new releases , where else ruining the existing customer experience , who actually can be a potential loyal brand supporters for a longer run.
Nothing should be looking into these matters seriously , or else India is not ur market..
