Sourav_Satvaya yes it has pps as output. first i thought my adaptor has manufacturing defect, but I’ve seen a lot of people using the new 25w adaptor and facing the same issue. and afterall i got a solution that if i use apple’s adaptor then it’s fine. but i just want to know if samsung applied something in their new adaptor which, maybe exclusive to their phones only.

Same issues here, but i have this phone 2 since 9 months today and i’ve this problem just by the last month. My charger is a Huawei.

Could It be some software stuff??

I had nothing phone 1 and right now I have phone 2, and this happened to both. I don’t know why this has stopped in the last week, now is working good

Also I thought it was a problem of the charger. I will keep testing

Hi, I also have the 25W Samsung charger and never had an issue with the Nothing Phone (2), at least not with the first one I got last year. With my new Nothing Phone (2), the display keeps activating and beeping randomly during charging - but not always. Charging also seems to take a bit longer when that happens. I don’t know if it is an issue which was introduced with OS 2.6 or if it is some sort of hardware glitch. I am using the Samsung charger for essentially all my devices and no issues on those.

Coldpaw exactly I’m facing the same issue in which it randomly turns on display and beeps.

i hope it’s a software glitch and they solve it in upcoming update.

Is this really an “issue”? You are complaining about charging your Nothing Phone with a weak Samsung charger does not work properly?

The same holds true for Samsung, Google and Apple as well. The software is optimised for their own original hardware so I do not see any “problems” here…

You could also use Renault wheels on your Ferrari and it will probably work somehow. But I am sure it won’t work as it was meant to and nobody would complain 😃
