First off, I just wanted to mention I’m a big fan of the passionate, detailed and innovative work the Nothing crew have been doing. Awesome job to you all! I’m excited to see what the 3a brings to the table. I love the UI/UX of NothingOS and am glad to see a company innovating that part of the Android experience. That said, I’m not really enthusiastic about the larger phone size, haha. I know I’m just one voice of many differing opinions and that’s okay. I’d love to see a 6.2″ form-factor(like iPhone 15 Pro / Google Pixel 9 Pro) for a device from nothing.
I know Carl mentioned the market is biased to the larger form-factor and for nothing to grow, they need to offer what sells the best – makes sense.
I think there were plans eventually to offer a smaller form-factor, but I wanted to ask, are there any new updates in this area? I think a smaller device, combined with the NothingOS experience would sell well too. Yes, I know there’s the one-handed mode functionality, but even so, having to lower the screen content manually when needed detracts a bit from the overall UX.
