TH3ND_TH3ND_ do you ask company to visit you if theres some issue to fix?
this is just forum where two way communication happens. first lets understand what forum means,
its more like community and no one is sitting here to check every thread and comment to find bugs and fix them. in feedback, we can add log(thats automated btw, in case you think , I am not getting paid for giving logs), you select what is the issue, if you ever submitted , you will see bunch of options and categories, plus u can add screenshots too. thats why theres feedback section. another example, suppose theres some Wicked Person on forum who just posts issues when that person doesnt even have nothing product. do developers have to verify it? no right.
this is more like discussion. we dont really report bugs here, we mention but I think almost everyone reports through form and feedback. this is first time I am seeing someone like this tbh.
