shibprem Hey mate. It’s easy for any manufacturer to add features, there’s tons of ‘AI’ features that exist in smartphones and ‘AI’ startups that are promising to be the next big thing. However, I believe what Nothing are trying to do is be intentional with their AI features. They’ve experimented with things like ‘News Reporter’, introduced the AI launcher and, have discussed AI in Nothing Gallery.
I’m pretty confident that from Infinix’s 1000+ features, you would use approx. 2 AI features in your daily life. The reality is, feature after feature doesn’t really add much. What does is intentional implementations of these features that make someones life easier, that’s where we see value.
If you do have feedback I’d advise you submit ideas to Nothing via settings > system > feedback but, I wouldn’t say their lack of AI is a ‘middle finger to the consumer’… quite the opposite, it’s considering what the consumer actually wants & needs vs. overloading their devices with un-needed features which affect performance.
