Media volume drops randomly to 15-20%

Hello guys i have an issue. For the record ive already used the feedback option. So the problem started this Monday when i was listening to spotify and suddenly the volume dropped to 15% from 80%. The next day the same happened again on spotify. So yesterday nothing happened until 9 pm where i was watching a YouTube video and the volume suddenly went poof to 15%. Does anyone else has this issue? Im on 2.5.2 and restarted the device 3 times since.

Hi, I have the same issue. What I’ve noticed is that the volume drops when the screen turns off. If I’ve not restarted the phone for a while, then this behaviour disappears. But after a restart/reboot this behaviour is back again. It’s with any streaming/audio service, not just Spotify or Youtube, but listening to internet radio, audiobooks, playback of a recording, etc.
