I am currently using two Jio SIM cards in my device, and I’ve been facing frequent network issues. Despite strong Jio coverage in my area—confirmed by other nearby devices showing full signal bars—one or both of my SIMs often lose network connectivity several times a day. Sometimes, both SIMs get completely disconnected from the network, making it difficult to make calls or use mobile data.
I have already checked my device settings and even tried reinserting the SIMs, but the problem persists. I kindly request you to look into this issue and suggest a resolution at the earliest.
