HansilJoshi today noon i suddenly discovered that my fingerprint sensor is somehow disabled and I had to enter my pin for additional security because somehow too many attempts were registered but I didn’t register any then I cannot access my locked apps as scanner was not available and surprisingly i was not able to access settings or those locked apps by entering my lockscreen pin as it showed as wrong pin even though I have the same pin for everything and it’s very annoying because restarting powering off and safe mode didn’t work at all I don’t know what caused this issue maybe it’s another one of your software bug. below attached screenshot shows the options i cannot access such as screen lock fingerprint and face loc

HansilJoshi Lmao after yesterday’s upgrade my phone broke the UI crashed now I can’t unlock my phone it goes blank and locks again will see what service centre has to say else complete reset
