If you’re seeing a “Feature unavailable” message when trying to set up Private Space after the latest update, it’s likely due to an app on your phone that’s using something called Device Policy Manager (DPM).
These apps are often related to work or school – things like Microsoft Company Portal, VMware Intelligent Hub, or security apps that manage or protect your phone. When they’re active, they can set rules on the device that might block features like Private Space from working. Family Link will also prevent you from setting up Private Space.
If you installed one of these apps yourself, uninstalling it should fix the issue. But if it was set up by your employer or school, it’s best to check with them first before making any changes.
