Nothing Phone 1 charging issue

Hello everyone,

for the past few days I have been having a problem with my NP1 when I put it on charge: the first time it doesn’t charge or tells me it takes 10 hours to fully charge, I unplug the cable, plug it back in and it charges properly, even with fast charge. I think the problem started with the last update. Any solutions?

What your charge cycle of your battery? And how did you charge your phone?

Stefan Since I bought it I put it on charge when it gets around 20% and let it charge fully, to charge it I use either a power supply from Anker with the original cable, or a dock charge from Aukey. Charged like this for 2 years and until a few days ago no problem.

UPDATE: Tonight I tried charging the battery with the smartphone off and it recharged right away without any problem, so I think it is a software issue.

Il_Pezz never faced till now but this seems to be software issue or charging port issue
