I’m facing an issue with my Nothing Phone (3a). When I’m already on a call and someone else tries to call me, I’m not properly notified. Most of the time, I don’t hear any alert or tone, and even when I do, the volume is extremely low—so I miss the second call.
I’ve used other phones before, and they clearly notify me of incoming calls during another call (with a proper tone or ringtone). I’ve already checked the following:
Call waiting is enabled via settings and by dialing *43#
Do Not Disturb is off
Phone app notifications are fully enabled
Ring and call volumes are set to high
Running the latest software update
Is this a known issue or a bug? Any help or fix would be appreciated.
