Just wanted to share something I’ve been working on — more than just a design, it’s a little piece of a feeling I’ve been trying to capture. Would love to know how it sits with you all.
So, a bit about me — I’m someone who’s always been drawn to stillness, to that quiet beauty that doesn’t shout for attention. Nature’s always been my teacher in that sense. I find a lot of peace in watching how things move — water, wind, light — and how they don’t need to be loud to be powerful.
That’s where this concept comes from.
The Nothing Phone 3a: Koi Edition.
It’s inspired by koi fish — not just the look, but the feeling. The way they glide, unbothered, full of color and grace. I wanted to bring that into tech. A sense of motion, without movement. A kind of quiet, flowing energy.
The colors — deep blue, vibrant orange-red, clean white — they’re not random. They’re chosen to feel like a moment underwater. Still, but alive. Peaceful, but full of depth. And the transparent design? It’s like sunlight filtering through a pond, casting shadows, catching edges, never the same twice.
To me, it’s a reminder: tech can feel human. It can be gentle. It can carry emotion, if we let it.
