Phone not charging properly — CMF Phone (1)

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using the CMF Phone (1) for about 5 months now. Around 2 months ago, I started using Type-C wired earphones with it.

Since yesterday, my phone hasn’t been charging properly. The charging status keeps switching between “Charging” and “Charging rapidly” continuously — and during this time, it doesn’t actually charge at all.

The only time it charges is when the phone is completely switched off.

I’m not sure whether this is a hardware issue or a software glitch.

P.S. I’ve only been using the original CMF 33W charger and cable that came in the box.

Could anyone from the community help me figure this out?

What app is that? Try uninstalling it then charge your phone normally.

_enz it’s not with the app but the adapter. I figured it out. And if you try to charge while it is switched off, it will charge, but in slower rate. And sometimes it restarts because of the weak current the adapter is giving
