If I along with my 4 year old kid are talking to someone on video call to someone, my kids voice is not heard by the caller, though they can hear me at the same time
Sometimes my caller can’t hear me when I can hear the caller, this is not network issue. This got addressed after restarting phone

I am also facing same issue. When I have video calls my 2 years kids voice is audible to opposite side. It may be in whats app or instagram or any other medium of video call. I would like to have some solution for this

We are facing this issue as well on Phone 3a. When doing a video call with the 3a, the people at the other end can not hear the kids. The adults come through just fine, but the kids are like on mute.

Please fix this soon because this is a deal-breaker kind of bug. The grand-parents really dislike not being able to hear their grand-kids.

Ethan Walker Are you serious? Please update it ASAP. We are eagerly waiting for this critical bug to be fixed and deployed. It’s really disappointing when the family members not able to hear kids voice during video call ☹️

Hi,

I just got a brand new nothing 3a phone a month or so ago.

The phone has continued to gain my interest continuously but there seems to be a consistent problem during my calls, the voice suppression software apparently tries to suppress my voice as well and this leads to static sound and no clear audio to the recipient.

I browsed through the community fees and seems that it is not just me who is facing this trouble.

I tried the same sim Card with the a different mobile and it works fine..

With this I can rule out that it is not my service provider.

I also surfed through the settings sadly to no avail.

Kindly see to the problem and help me fix it.

A quick suggestion - it would be really helpful if we could turn the noice suppression on or off , there are people who need it and who don’t.
