Flip to glyph not setting phone to silent - help

I don’t know why is it happening but when the flip to glyph option is turned on the phone is not set to silent. The glyphs light up when a notification come but the notification tone is audible too. My phone 3a is updated to lastest version.

Been having the same issue on my new 3a Pro, but it only seems to happen sometimes… Not been able to see a pattern in when it works and doesn’t though. Before lunch I had it use sound face down, now after lunch, it no longer makes sound face down. 🤷‍♂️

I too updated to the latest version patch. I get notification sounds when I on the flip to glyphs. I used to get only the lights, but for now I get the sound as well..
