Xperiance anyone else here to this day experiencing battery issues? 3% already deducted in less than an hour while in my Nord 4 I was getting an hour or more of SoT with 99-100% like give or take 2hrs of SoT with 90% remaining but here in my 3a i was expecting more because of its OS did I bought the wrong phone or it is caused by the latest update given to us?
Xperiance Mike_Moreira thats just stupid you didnt even get it to 100% try charging it up all the way to 100% to reset its SoT see if you can get that 1day of screen time
Mike_Moreira Xperiance i’m charging it up to 90%, everytime, since i’ve got the phone. i noticed difference when i started using batt saving mode, and haven’t made any changes since.
SourabhBagade Hello @changename.support please look into this battery draining issue. Only with normal task battery draining 2-5 percent in just 5 mins also my brightness is always low.
PierluigiUbezio Hello everyone, I bought a pgone 3a on March 20th selling my 2a plus (which I was satisfied with). For a couple of days the phone has been heating up a lot and the battery is draining quickly. I charge it in the evening with its cable, I have tried all the battery saving options and also the options to maintain it in an optimal way. I do not use apps downloaded from other stores other than Google. I have now asked support and I am waiting for an answer. Has the same thing happened to anyone of you? Advice?
ThamjeedKt I am using the phone 3a since 2 days and the battery drain faster, I’m fully charged my phone and start using and first 4 to 5 persentage gone in around 5 minutes of usage and I’m only used the gallery app, I don’t know if this is just my device issue or a software problem, does anyone else have this problem? If so please describe it, and if this is a software issue nothing should fix it.
