I have dealt with severe battery drain and overheating issues for nearly 2 months now, with the support team continually kicking the can down the road with lines like ‘We have forwarded you concern to relevant team we request you to wait for further updates.’
I have formally requested a refund on the device but again, these requests are being ignored.
I am now looking to reclaim my money through Section 75 of the UK Consumer Rights Act, as clearly the Nothing support team has no intetion of offering a repair or replacement of my device.
