Hey I recently bought nothing Phone 3a ,it’s showing some signs of green tint only on the calling screen but if the call ends it is also visible everywhere First phone is phone 3a which you guys can see green tint and other phone is the CMF phone 1 , after the proximity sensor is triggered it shows the green tint , I do believe this might get fixed via software update
