The goal is to design a back panel cover that integrates both wireless charging and an NFC chip without requiring any modifications to the device itself.
The cover features a detachable top piece, allowing the phone to connect to a USB male connector, which serves as the communication point for both the NFC chip and wireless charging.
The top cover is 0.015++ inches thick.
The bottom cover is also 0.015++ inches thick and includes a USB female connector.
The device’s firmware can now communicate with the chip, as it theoretically establishes a connection through the USB male port.
The USB-C female port can be used for wired charging.
The total height of the case calculated from 6.67 to 6.7 inches (if added by 0.3 inch).
this will solve a lot of CMF users and will help the company rev. if my math was correct.
Although it may go against the original purpose of this device, it could still be helpful for NFC users in certain countries.
