My CMF phone 1 started malfunctioning on 26th December and I raised a complaint on 27th with the Nothing Customer Support team. They arranged a pickup and device was sent to the service center where they just reinstalled the software and returned it. But issue was not resolved.
My phone screen was still flickering and device was rebooting randomly. I again raised a complaint and the device was picked up again. This time the service center replaced the motherboard and returned the device. But they forgot to calibrate the fingerprint sensor.
Now I’ve requested for pickup again but Nothing has not arranged a pickup since 22nd January. For a single issue, the device had to be sent to the service center thrice. This is their so called brand. Service is almost non existent. Customer support executives are clueless and service center is incapable of resolving any issue. There are no SOP’s. How can you return a device without calibrating fingerprint sensor?
