Hey! Unsurprisingly as Nothing HQ staff, my home is North London. When thinking about what drew me to Nothing; there’s two parts, the personal and the professional. Personally I was drawn to Nothing as I have friends working in the tech PR space who were raving about this new Tech company on the scene making waves (with the One Plus heritage story etc.), so I started to check out what it was all about and loved the design-led vision, and the more hopeful proposition for our future in regards to tech. When thinking about my SP journey, I loved the 00s era of every new phone upgrade being completely different (Nokia 3310, Sony Ericsson W550i, Razr, Blackberry Bold etc.) and felt Nothing was going for that. On the professional, my role popped up online. My background is completely different (luxury fashion & beauty), but I saw how Nothing doesn’t want to behave like every other tech company, so I threw my hat in the ring. It worked out 😉. Being on the ‘inside’ it’s a unique place, everyone working with a hope for change and authenticity, and an idea can come from anyone. We want to make a positive, long-term impact, and have fun (with you all) along the way! In regards to Nothing and CMF; I’m a Nothing girlie (NP2, Ear (open) for fitness, Ear for everyday). CMF to me is for play and gifting (my Mum has a CMF phone -probably the oldest person globally with one 😉).
