Glyph issue not working as recommended

Sometime when I order zomato or book uber the glyph progress doesn’t show up I have rechecked the notification is turned on, also sometimes the glyph notification for message doesn’t blink as per the setup or design it just random format of glyph lights during that time the phone gets heated a lot even when not in use I am using nothing phone 2

When I plug it in to charge, the lights on my Nothing Phone 2 turn on and start blinking as if trying to get my attention. This has been happening since the second update of version 3.0.
