I’m trying to get started with my new phone. The carrier I’m using uses the AT&T network. Voice capabilities are fine. Also text is good. But zero connectivity for data. Where bars should be in the top menu I have a triangle with an exclamation point!!! Never good.
Is there somewhere I need to turn on data, or a setting I am missing?
Does anyone know what bands this phone is looking for? 5g? Or other.
Any thoughts are welcome. I’m a bit tech challenged so ELI5 applies.
