U have to reset nothing widgets app for it,
To reset it,
Go to settings,
Search permission manager,
In there go to any permission where u can see nothing widgets and click on it,
Select “see all nothing widget permissions”,
Then click on the nothing widgets icon u can see in front,
From there you can clear catche and clear data,
After that make sure to give the media player permission for notification and silent notification,
That is how i fixed my issue,
Its really annoying but this is how i did it.
